It was a great way to keep her entertained on a long train ride. We're happy with the purchase. My daughter really enjoyed listening to the story after she downloaded it to her MP3 player. The Audio CD came within a week and was in great condition.
Now I can't wait to read the next one. It was GREAT. The Magic Tree House books teach me a lot.
The story told a lot about the continent of Antarctica, volcanoes, and interesting facts about penguins. I would definitely recommend this book to readers who like adventure and the Magic Tree House series. Another exciting, fun filled story of Jack and Annie, this time in the South Pole searching for the secret of happiness. Jack and Annie have fun following travelers throughout the cold continent.
I know he was really looking forward to it's release. my 11 year old loves this book series and this latest book is as good as the rest. Since he has read this one more than the others, the cover is really cool.
Some people tell me that some of her books are horrible but I disagree because for instance I like this book and so should you. I think that you should read a lot of the Magic Tree House books because they're really helpful; so are the research books. I thought the book is really cool. It's really fascinating because people might learn about penguins when they're reading this book, especially if you read the research book about the penguins. I think that Mary Pope Osborne did a really good job at writing her books.
